The Society may resolve to dissolve itself in accordance with the provisions contained in the Act and the rule there under in case it becomes difficult to carry on with the operations of the society or it becomes insolvent or for any other pressing and unavoidable reasons.
In the event of dissolution of the society no assets of the society shall devolve on or distributed amongst the members of the society.
Its assets and properties shall be first used to liquidate any liabilities and the left over properties assets. If any shall be considered for transfer to any other society established with identical aims and objects or to the District collector for the thereof in the general public interest.
