Scholarship Schemes

Keeping in view the student welfare and as a part of social responsibility, DPG Degree College has decided to initiate the scholarship program for meritorious students to be effective from session 2015-16. The details are as follows:

For Class Ranking

• For UG Courses (Except BAJMC & BTTM)

First Rank (1^st): Scholarship of Rs. 5000/-
Second Rank (2^nd): Scholarship of Rs. 3000/-
Third Rank (3^rd) : Scholarship of Rs. 2000/-

• For UG Courses ( BAJMC & BTTM)

First Rank (1^st): Scholarship of Rs. 5000/-

• For PG Courses (Excluding APGDCA/M.Lib/M.Sc Biochemistry)

First Rank (1^st): Scholarship of Rs. 5000/-
Second Rank (2^nd): Scholarship of Rs. 3000/-

• For PG Courses (APGDCA/M.Lib/M.Sc Biochemistry)

First Rank (1^st): Scholarship of Rs. 5000/-

For University Ranking

• For UG Courses (Except BAJMC & BTTM)

Ranking between 1^st to 10^th : Scholarship of Rs. 10000/-
Ranking between 11^th  to 20th : Scholarship of Rs. 8000/-
Ranking between 21 to 30^th  : Scholarship of Rs. 5000/-

• For UG Courses (BAJMC & BTTM)

Ranking between 1st  : Scholarship of Rs. 10000/-
Ranking between 2nd : Scholarship of Rs. 8000/-
Ranking between 3rd  : Scholarship of Rs. 5000/-

• For PG Courses ( English, Political science, History, Commerce & MBA)

Ranking between 1^st to 10^th : Scholarship of Rs. 10000/-
Ranking between 11^th  to 20th : Scholarship of Rs. 8000/-
Ranking between 21 to 30^th  : Scholarship of Rs. 5000/-

• For PG Courses ( MCA & M.Sc)

Ranking between 1^st to 2^nd : Scholarship of Rs. 10000/-
Ranking between 3^rd to 4^th : Scholarship of Rs. 8000/-
Ranking between 5^th  to 6^th  : Scholarship of Rs. 5000/-

• For PG Courses (Biochemistry, APGDCA & M.Lib)

Ranking between 1st  : Scholarship of Rs. 10000/-
Ranking between 2nd : Scholarship of Rs. 8000/-
Ranking between 3rd  : Scholarship of Rs. 5000/-

Conditions for Availing Scholarship

• Attendance criteria (as per university guidelines 75%) must be fulfilled.
• There should not be any disciplinary action against the student.
• The student can avail only one scholarship between class and university, whichever is higher.
• In case of withdrawal of admission by any reason, the student has to return the scholarship amount to the college.
• The scholarship program is applicable to each semester.
• The scholarship is subject to revise as per college policy without any prior information to students.
